  • No cookies. None at all. This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s local or session storage.
  • No tracking and no analytics. There is no analytics tool, no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no fingerprinting.
  • Nothing is loaded from anyone else. Every file this site uses — fonts, images, audio, the trailer video — is served from this server. Your browser contacts no third party when you visit.
  • What is left is what any webserver sees: your request appears in a log file that includes your IP address. It is deleted after 14 days.
  • If you write to us, we have your email. Realistically that is the only personal data we ever receive: what you send us yourself — your address, your name and your message — and only so that we can reply. See Contact by Email below.

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We treat it confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

This website is deliberately built to collect as little as possible. It is a set of static pages with no user accounts, no forms, no comments and no server-side application. We process only the data that is technically unavoidable in operating the site.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

This website sets no cookies whatsoever — not for analytics, not for advertising, and not for consent management. It also stores nothing in your browser’s local storage or session storage.

This is also why you are not asked for cookie consent: there is nothing on this site that requires it under § 25 TDDDG.

4. No Third-Party Resources

Every resource this website loads — stylesheets, fonts, images, audio samples and the trailer video — is hosted on our own server. We use no content delivery network, no external font service such as Google Fonts, and no embedded players from YouTube, Vimeo, Steam or anywhere else.

In practical terms: when you open a page on this site, your browser makes requests to oddada.com and to no one else. No third party learns that you were here, and no data is transferred to any other company.

The trailer on the homepage is a video file on our own server. It is set to load only when you press play, so opening the page does not download it.

5. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by GreenGeeks LLC, 1401 Pennsylvania Ave, Suite 105, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA. The server is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Like every webserver, it automatically records information that your browser transmits with each request. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of the request
  • The file requested and the amount of data transferred

This data is not merged with other data sources, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. We reserve the right to review it retrospectively if we become aware of specific evidence of unlawful use.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in delivering the website and keeping it technically secure. The data is retained for 14 days and then deleted automatically.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with GreenGeeks in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR; its text is at greengeeks.com/legal/dpa. The server is in the EU, but GreenGeeks is headquartered in the United States, so a transfer to a third country cannot be ruled out; the agreement incorporates the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for that case.

When you contact us by email, we process the personal data you provide — your email address, your name and the content of your message — in order to answer you.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Correspondence is retained so that we can refer back to it if you contact us again. Your data is not passed on to third parties. You may request deletion of your correspondence at any time.

This website links to external sites, including our Steam store page, our Discord server and our social media profiles. Following such a link takes you to a third-party website, where that provider’s own privacy policy applies and where data about you may be collected.

The links are plain links: nothing is loaded from those sites while you are here, and we add no tracking parameters to them.
